Frequently Asked Questions
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! We understand that paying for programs up front can be expensive, so we offer weekly or bi-weekly payment plans.
What forms of payment do you take?
We currently take cash, check and credit/debit card. All card transactions do have a 2.6% service charge.
What vaccines are required for training?
In order to ensure the safety of our trainers and any dogs in our care we require all dogs to be free of any infectious diseases and must be current, with documented proof, on all appropriate vaccinations, including Bordetella, distemper, parvovirus, and rabies. I also understand that all dogs participating in any activity or event hosted by The Canine Complex, LLC must be current on a flea and tick preventative.
Do you offer group classes?
At this time, we are unable to accommodate group classes, but we will be looking into offering these in the future.
Do you guarantee your training?
At The Canine Complex, LLC we do not guarantee our training. Instead, we guarantee that we will always be a resource for our clients through all life stages of their dog and offer free refreshers* to any of our clients who have completed any type of training program with us.
*Refreshers are only eligible to clients who have completed a training program and have continuously worked with their dog on the skills they learned during their program, even after graduation.
What training methods do you use?
Check out Our Training Methods page to find out what training methods we use!
Is my dog too old for training?
No dog is too old for training, but what we can train them on depends entirely on their drive to learn and their overall physical health.
How do I get the training process started?
The simplest way to get the training process started is to request information via our google form or reach out via phone or e-mail. You can find all of this information on the Contact Us page.
How long is each session?
As a standard, each training session is set to last an hour in time. If your trainer feels that you may be over or under time, they will adjust the training criteria for that session to fit into the hour time frame.
Do you have contracts for your training?
Yes! Before starting any training program with a client there will be a contract for them to sign that lays out the parameters for the program and what they can expect.
We also have a cancellation and refund policy, along with a waiver of liability for each client to sign!
